We complete a full lifestyle, health and diet assessment and then create a personalised action plan for you to start making the first steps towards your goal. You will receive this as part of our package if you come on one of our retreats and we also offer consultations to clients outside of our retreats and as follow up sessions after our retreat to review progress help overcome any challaegs you come up against.
