How it works

Fit for Living can customise and adapt our programmes to suit every business. Whichever programme you decide to take we will ensure everyone returns re-energised and re-engaged.

We know the first step to building an effective and cost-efficient wellbeing strategy is to understand your starting point. We offer a free workplace wellness audit where we will evaluate your current wellness programme at your organisation. We can do this in-person at your office, on the phone or video call.

Following this, we’ll send you bespoke plan for recommended strategies to help those working in your business take their health, wellbeing and happiness to the next level.

From there using the report of findings from the wellness audit, we put together an annual programme with specific metrics to tackle. We will then deliver the programme over the course of the year and work with your HR Team and Senior Management to monitor relevant metrics to ensure the programme is affecting the desired metrics.

A wide range of group exercise and activities can be provided, either as one-off ‘taster’ classes or regular sessions. We have a diverse team and can provide any pretty much any fitness or holistic class you want …yoga, pilates, boxing or bootcamp style classes.

Most classes can take place within your workplace, provided there is a suitable space or we can help find a convenient close by location and we will provide any equipment needed.
