Throw the following ingredients into and blend it up:

8 to 10 oz filter water , coconut water or a sugar free almond milk whatever your preference
2 stalks kale, stems
Spinach
Calgary stalk
1/4 cucbumber
2 Broccoli  heads
1 Ginger stalk
1/2 banana
1 strip lemon rind
1/2 avocado
Ice as needed
