We are out in Bali at the moment and these breakfast smoothie bowls are so awesome we had to share them immediately. They are simple to make, full of goodness and those of you who love to make food art will love them!

This one shown in the picture is avocado, spinach, kale, coconut, banana, strawberries, nuts, seeds and concoct flakes.

  1. Blend avocado, spinach and kale and pour in a bowl or coconut 🙂
  2. Add toppings and get as creative as you like.. fruit, seeds, nuts, oats whatever takes your fancy.
  3. Eat and enjoy!
