Liz offers coaching online alongside a carefully assembled team of Jedi Masters! Pretty much everything we deliver in person is offered through remote coaching via phone, email and video calls.

  • You MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. Without the benefit of our one to one in person coaching you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. We cannot do the hard work for you: you will have to be the one who turns down junk food, and pushed yourself hard in the gym. But we can take the guesswork out of your training, making sure your training and diet regimes are designed to meet your goals.
HOW IT WORKS

Questionnaire

Upon signup you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire & assessment where we learn your previous exercise experience and medical history and also seek to understand exactly what motivates you too.

Training program

We will create your training program for you within 3 days and send it to you via email. Every workout for the month is planned out from reps to rest intervals. This way we can accurately predict your progress, and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.

You will have access to a members area where you can access an exercise video library which includes instructional videos for each exercise in your training program. There is a section where you can also upload your own videos where we can then view you performing and exercises and give feedback.

Nutrition

We ask every new client to keep a food diary for 3 days and answer a questionnaire which we will then analyse. In-line with your goals, training and lifestyle we will coach you on your nutrition and every 2-3 weeks at your weekly check we will see how you are doing and make adjustments where needed.

Depending upon the client and the goals, we also advise a supplementation programme to their enhance their progress.

ACCOUNTABILITY

24/7 support

You will have 24/7 support from Liz and her hand picked team.

Monthly review

Every 4 weeks we will review your workout logs and progress pictures, measurements and movement assessments. We will then discuss your thoughts on your training plan to make sure the next 4-week phase is accurate and going to keep getting you results.
