Taking 360 degree approach
We take a 360 degree approach to your health and wellbeing we bring together diet, exercise, sleep, lifestyle, genetic testing, blood profiling.
We start with an initial consultation where we do a full review of your health. Set goals, take measurements (where relevant) and plan which profiling and testing to do with you.
How we fuel our body has a huge impact on how we perform, our weight and how we feel. Nutrition accounts for about 70% of the results we achieve, so right at the beginning of your journey with us we conduct a review of dietary habits.
We review your relationship with nutrition together with genetic diet and fitness test and blood profiling that examine vitamins, minerals, hormones and gut health markers to give a clearer picture of the function of body systems and their impact on your individual health. With this information, we can make positive changes that are particular to you, rather than making sweeping statements that apply generally, but not necessarily to you specifically.
We look at your exercises history, health, and your goals. We will then prescribe you a bespoke training plan. And it doesn’t matter where you train because we design it specifically to you.
As part of your initial consultation, we look at your individual lifestyle from your quality of sleep to stress levels. Understanding your day to day life we create a give a series of individualised step by step habits that after just a few weeks will have you feeling energetic, strong, healthy leaner and happier.
Coaching sessions are via Skype (option to do face to face if you’re based in London)
We offer 3 programmes each perfectly tailored for you and your goals.
OPTIONAL: Extra sessions can be booked at £65 each thereafter or in blocks – 8 for £440 OR 12 for £660
Rigorous research has shown that coaching enhances goal attainment, well-being and resilience, and reduces stress and anxiety!
A person’s probability of achieving a goal increases from 50% to 95% when the plan for attaining the goal is committed to another person (a coach).
Coaches have their own coaches. This is vital in order to keep the coach’s goals in check, and ultimately helps them get the best version out of you! Think of high level athletes they have teams people surrounding them, coaching them to reach their goals!
