Check out our next winter trip in March or why not book a private retreat see link in bio for details.

Instagram post 1968512874292970429_3284481377 Do you know there has already been 9 stabbings here in the city this year?! craziness!! Youth gang and knife crime is rife. Another innocent teenage boy Nedim Bilgin aged 17 was stabbed a few days ago here in North London. The City Trippin project is a charity driven to help London’s Youth rise above this and help show them the amazing world at their fingertips. @thestrengthtemple @mickeygetsaround @coach_clem

Instagram post 1956481474102814626_3284481377 Have you started your week right? So many of us rush out the door and grab something quick on the way to work or skip breakfast altogether. A healthy breakfast sets us up for the day physically and mentally. It kick-starts the metabolism, fires up your noggin and boosts physical energy.
You can learn more about what we teach on our retreats but joining our ProActive course possibly not as exciting as coming on a holiday with us but you’ll look and feel awesome for when you do come out to adventure with us! 👙 😎 🎿 🏄🏼‍♀️ 🏝

1. Connect with people around you fam, friends, colleagues.
2. Be active - you don’t have to go to the gym take a walk.
3. Keep learning - new skills give you a sense of achievement.
4. Give to others - small or big a smile and kind word or volunteer. Giving gives back and feels good.
5. Be mindful - be more present in the moment of you feeling and thoughts, your body and the world around you. It can positively change the way you feel about life.

Instagram post 1918501857136152174_3284481377 TUNE OUT. Science shows how tuning out of notification overload and into a single activity gives your brain a much-needed break. When we’re constantly multitasking and responding to emails and working the to-do list, it makes lead to mental fatigue, we become less sharp and can become grumpy. The brain is like a muscle and it helps to rest it at times. And that’s what nature does, helps us rest our minds. That’s why Fit for Living retreats are not just about fitness but also about getting out in nature and doing good for you body and mind.
