Overnight Oats

One of my favs for a busy morning and only takes 5 mins of prep.

Ingredients

Makes serving for 1

1/2 cup (45g) oats

1 scoop vanilla whey ( if you want the extra protein hit)

1/2 medium banana

1 tbsp. Greek yogurt

1 tbsp. Almond butter

1 tsp. Ground cinnamon

1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened

almond milk

What You Need To Do

Place all the ingredients in a jar/container and mix well.

Leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

To serve, top with sliced banana, or fruit of your choice.
