As a personal trainer, coach and eco-therapist. I help people achieve renewed health, fitness, and happiness through a holistic approach.

I’ll help you to look deeper into every aspect of your life. Focusing on your physical health, mindset, nutrition, lifestyle, and personal life goals. Our bodies are like an ecosystem and we thrive when we are in balance.

I believe there is a fundamental interconnectedness between our mental and physical health and that the better we can develop our relationship with ourselves, those around us, and the natural world we cohabit, the better we can achieve overall well-being and from that place, we are in an unstoppable position to achieve all of our goals in life.

There are lots of reasons you may be seeking coaching and there are many different types of coaching out there. The biggest thing you will get from working with me is a holistic approach. My experience from my professional boxing career and the hundreds of clients I have worked with over the past 20 years has taught me to be the best version of ourselves must be balanced in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual/ psychological health. Think of me as your personal trainer, life coach, and therapist all in one!

My Approach

My coaching method combines my 20 years experience as a personal trainer and professional boxer and eco-psychology studies. I focus on 3 areas of wellbeing, physical, mental and spiritual/ psychological to help you achieve your goals whether that is a health, business, relationship, or personal development goal.

Life coaching London

Physical Wellbeing

The coaching centres around health first because without our physical and mental health the other stuff in life is not possible. For those with a specific health related goal I offer personalised diet exercise and lifestyle plans through DNA testing and blood profiling. (all of which can be done through home test kits). If you have behaviours you can’t seem to change and are holding you back, I work with you to identify the root cause. I create a plan to address it, and develop the skills and strategies to help you make lasting changes and learn how to take control of your health and wellbeing.

Mental Wellbeing

There is lots of research proving the mind and body connection. Our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. As a professional boxer I know how strong this connection is in relation to our performance. Drawing from my experience as a professional athlete and from my eco-psychology studies I can help you improve your mindset and develop skills to build confidence, self belief, motivation, discipline and emotional control so you can in order to create the changes you want to succeed in your goals. These skills can also help you find ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. 

Spiritual Wellbeing 

I can lose people when I mention spiritual wellbeing. It means different things to different people but ultimately it’s about working with you to gain clarity and understanding of your beliefs, values, and purpose. I will help you to develop a greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love which in turn will help you create a more meaningful life as you will be more aligned to what truly lights you up.

  • Counseling helps you recognise and manage problems and cope better day to day. Coaching helps you take positive action to make changes and move forwards. Both are interconnected and are important.

    Integrative coaching and counselling can help you to identify and understand the underlying causes of any issues or challenges you are facing. It can help you to develop a plan of action to address these issues and create positive change in your life. It can also help you to develop a greater sense of self-awareness, clarity, and purpose.

  • Eco-therapy or Green Therapy is a form of therapy that uses nature to help people heal from mental and physical health issues. How we live our lives today we think of nature as something separate to use but have forgotten we are part of it. Everything we need is provided for us by nature. Eco-therapy is based on the idea that being in nature gives us what we need and to help heal us. The science now proves this too, it reduces stress, improves mood, and increases overall wellbeing. Green therapy can also be used to treat a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. I advise on practical ways you can incorporate green therapies for healing into your daily routine.

  • Yes I am passionate about working with young people from our Charity project City Trippin through to working 1:1 with young people. I can help young people develop self-awareness, set and achieve goals, build self-confidence, manage stress, and develop better communication and problem-solving skills and develop better decision-making skills, and create a plan for their future. Additionally, teen life coaching can help teenagers build resilience and learn how to cope with difficult situations.

Coaching Packages

1:1 Online Coaching

  • Two 60-minute video sessions per month from £180 per month

  • Four 60-minute video sessions per month from £320 per month

*All monthly coaching packages include chat and email support between sessions. After the first month you can also split the hour into 30 min sessions if you prefer for more regular shorter catch ups.

1:1 Immersion Days

These half or whole days of coaching offer a more intense coaching experience away from your daily routine. They are great if there is one area in particular you want to work on, or a decision you want to work through. Immersion days take place in London, normally in a combination of green space followed by a working lunch (lunch included in price). Liz also offers full days at her home in South West Wales on the beach.

  • 1/2 day 4 hours £350

  • Full day starting around 10am finishing around 6pm £550

Bespoke Private Retreats

Private retreats can be for one person or a small group. It is an amazing expiernce as you step away from your day-today to focus solely on yourself and your goals.

Fitness Plans, Nutrition Plans and Personalised Diet and Fitness DNA and Blood Tests

Liz has 20 years expiernce as a personal trainer she can provide personalised fitness and nutrition plans as part of your coaching package or separate to it. Liz is also a practitioner with Brunel University, UK and offers food intolerance testing and Genetic Diet and Fitness Testing. It’s a one off test that is fully personalised and so gives you smarter, more effective solutions to health and fitness goals.
