We start with an initial consultation, where we do a full health screening. We will help you to set goals, take measurements (where relevant) and plan which profiling and testing will help you with your journey.

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION

How we fuel our body has a huge impact on how we perform, as well as our weight and how we feel. Nutrition accounts for about 70% of the results we achieve, so right at the beginning of your journey with us we conduct a review of dietary habits.

TESTING – DNA DIET AND FITNESS TEST & BLOOD PROFILING

We review your relationship with nutrition, together with genetic diet and fitness test and blood profiling that examine vitamins, minerals, hormones and gut health markers to give a clearer picture of the function of body systems and their impact on your individual health.

EXERCISE PROGRAMME TAILORED TO YOU

We look at your exercise history, health, and your goals; we will then prescribe you a bespoke training plan. Where you train isn’t an issue either, so whether it’s in a gym, at home or in the park, we can tailor-make a package that works for you.

LIFESTYLE

As part of your initial consultation, we look at your individual lifestyle, from your quality of sleep to stress levels. Understanding your day to day life we create a give a series of individualised step by step habits that after just a few weeks will have you feeling energetic, strong, healthy leaner and happier.
