I gravitated towards coaching as a natural expression of my interests in sports, psychology, and my love of the outdoors. Each pursuit informed the others, and I found that, just like the three legs of a stool all three parts body, mind, and spirit needed in order to have balance.

Feelings of stress, anxiety, and even complete burn out for some, are common issues caused by modern life and the treadmill we all push along that eventually breaks us physically, mentally, or both.

I help people find balance, through a holistic approach focusing on your physical health, mindset, nutrition, lifestyle, so you are in an unstoppable position to achieve your goals in life.

My coaching method combines my 20 years experience as a personal trainer and professional boxer and eco-psychology studies. We all know that when dieting, exercising, or learning a new skill, repetition and consistency are essential when developing healthy habits. Online coaching keeps you on track, is convenient and the surest route to lifelong transformation.

Services

Immersion Days

These coaching sessions offer a more intense coaching experience away from your daily routine. Great for those with less availability, more urgency, and more defined objectives and provide strategic perspectives. Immersions are half- or full-day face-to-face sessions. 

Coaching Retreats

Removing ourselves from our day-to-day lives is a simple yet powerful idea to stimulate new perspectives. Coaching walk-and-talk sessions, meals together, and space in nature can be an extraordinary kickstart for individuals, couples, or groups.

Combo

Retreats and immersion days are profound experiences that can redefine dynamics that then must be habituated over time. to hard-wire good decisions into a process of transformation combining immersions or retreats with longer-term support provides the most radical and long lasting transformation.
