As a health & wellbeing coach and life coach my coaching method focuses on all areas of wellbeing to get you in the best possible place to go after your dreams. There are many reasons you may be seeking coaching, Whatever it is I will help you connect your inner world with your outer world and so you can become fully empowered to achieve you goals.

Retreats
Fit for Living’s retreats offer a rare combination of health enriching experiences and adventure in nature for body. mind and spirit. You can expect a sensory feast of wild swims, hikes, cold water therapy and saunas, yoga, sound baths, ecstatic dance, amazing healthy food and nature-based wellness practices based on modern day science and ancient wisdoms.
Our aim is that you leave feeling de-stressed, recharged, reconnected and reenergised. And the ultimate goal of our retreats is to provide you with an experience that extends beyond a few days together. Receive tools from our trainers and mindset coach, to help you make changes when you get home

Teens
Life as a young adult can be hard to navigate, imagine if you had a mentor through this stage of your life.
We run teen life coaching programmes in London for schools as well as our charity project City Trippin.
Liz is passionate about working with young people and offers life coaching in London to help teenagers develop the skills and strategies they need to navigate the challenges of adolescence. Working with teens to help them identify their goals, develop self-awareness, and build the skills they need to make positive changes in their lives. Provide guidance on topics such as communication, relationships, stress management, decision-making, and academic success.
Physical wellbeing
Physical wellbeing is at the centre of my coaching because not only that's where I have a wealth of experience but I firmly believe without our physical health the other stuff in life is not possible.
Our physical health is the foundation for all other aspects of life. Good physical health helps to ensure that you have the energy and strength to do the things you need and want to do. It also helps to reduce the risk of developing serious illnesses and diseases and directly impacts your mental health. I look at your exercise routine, nutrition, sleep and lifestyle.
Spiritual wellbeing
Spiritual wellbeing can sound a bit woo woo to some people and it was to me a few years ago until I went on my own journey of exploration.
I like to think of it as our state being, our inner fire that drives us, our strength, our source of motivation, our purpose and our connection to something larger than ourselves.
I will provide a space for reflection and contemplation. Whatever you goals I will help you connect them to your deeper desires, passions and sense of purpose.
Mental wellbeing
“It’s all in the mind”or “its 80% mental” is a phrase you hear a lot in boxing. I know from my fighting career how big your mindset plays into performance and I’ve had a mindset coach for both boxing and business.
Research has shown that the mind and body are connected in a variety of ways. For example, stress, anxiety, and depression can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches, digestive issues, and fatigue. Conversely, physical illness or injury can lead to mental health issues such as depression or anxiety.
I will help you to become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and connect your inner world to outer world. I will help you to develop skills to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Build confidence, self belief, motivation, discipline and emotional control so you can in order to create the changes you want to succeed in your goals.

What is ecotherapy and how is it used in coaching ?
Eco-therapy or Green Therapy is a form of therapy that uses nature to help people heal from mental and physical health issues. How we live our lives today we think of nature as something separate to use but have forgotten we are part of it. Everything we need is provided for us by nature. Nature is medicine for our physical self and our mindset coach.
Eco-therapy is based on the idea that being in nature gives us what we need and to help heal us. The science now proves this too, it reduces stress, improves mood, and increases overall wellbeing. It can also be used to treat a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.
The practises coached though Fit for Living’s programme are centred around natural ways of living and using the powers of nature to resource our health and wellbeing, from the way we eat to the way we connect with our natural environment.
